Renew Your Mailbox
You may renew your dorm mailbox and pay online. Deadline is May 7.
- Primary Tenant - $36 Summer '25, $74 Fall '25/Spring '26
Each mailbox renewal must have a Primary Tenant. It does not matter which person elects to register as the Primary. Photo ID and Address ID are required.
- Co-tenant - $22 Summer '25, $42 Fall '25/Spring '26
Only select this option if the Primary Tenant is also renewing and you are the second person to rent the mailbox. Photo ID and Address ID are required.

Renting a private mailbox (PMB) from SMS offers many advantages:
Convenience
- Located in Hullabaloo Hall and Southside Commons
- Hours:
- Fall/Spring: Mon-Fri, 2:00-6:00 & Saturday 9:00-12:00
- Summer: Mon-Fri, 12:00-6:00
- Accommodations can be made for special situations (e.g. overnight express early pickup, flower deliveries, birthday cakes, etc.), with prior notice
Security
- Every package is tracked and managed in a package accountability system
Enhanced Communication
- Students will receive an email and/or text when package(s) arrive that are stored in the mailroom
- Signature Card is placed in mailbox if package is stored in the mailroom

- Packing, Shipping (USPS/Fedex/UPS/DHL), Stamps, Notary, Photo IDs, Laminating, Copies
