We recommend you apply two (2) or more days before your New Student Conference. Photo ID and Address ID are required (see application for details). One mailbox size; it does not differ based on the number of tenants.
- Single Tenant - $37 Summer '26, $77 Fall '26 + Spring '27
- With Additional Authorized Individual (aka Co-tenant) - $60 Summer '26, $120 Fall '26 + Spring '27
- Special consideration - Summer deliveries will be held through first week of the Fall semester. Deliveries during Fall/Spring semesters are held up to two weeks.

A Private Mailbox (PMB) is:
Necessary
- When living in the dorms, it is the only way to receive packages and mail from all these carriers: UPS, Fedex, USPS, Amazon, other third party delivery services
Convenient
- Located in Hullabaloo Hall (next to Starbucks) and the Commons
- Hours:
- Fall/Spring: Mon-Fri, 2:00-6:00 & Saturday 9:00-12:00
- Summer: Mon-Fri, 10:00-6:00 (NSC days) or 10:00-2:00 (non-NSC days)
- Accommodations can be made for special situations (e.g. overnight express early pickup, flower deliveries, birthday cakes, etc.), with prior notice

Note: if package is from USPS and fits in the mailbox, we place it there and no notificaiton provided since they have 24x7 access
